A delightful stroll to Old Town
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to Old Town, allowing me to explore the beautiful architecture and vibrant culture with ease. The modern decor and cleanliness of my room made it feel like a cozy retreat after a long day. Plus, the underground parking was a major convenience!
Although most aspects of my stay were enjoyable, the breakfast offerings were fairly basic compared to what I expected. Limited options made it less exciting, and I hoped for a bit more variety to kickstart my mornings energetically.

My thermostat was preset and unadjustable, making my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, there was loud noise from the restaurant at night, which disturbed my sleep. I found the reception services lacking, as they were not available 24 hours, which added to my frustration.

Had a lovely time in a nice, clean room with a flat-screen TV and big comfy bed. Loved the air conditioning, and breakfast was delicious! Enjoyed the underground parking too. The view from the upper floors was beautiful, and the seating area was cozy. Staff was professional and attentive. Great stay overall!

missingWrote a review on 26 Aprmodern facilityoutdoor gardentemperature issuesstaff communication
Modern facility located just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. I loved that the room had a large window for fresh air. The restaurant offered a nice outdoor garden area when the weather allowed. However, the air conditioning was problematic. The temperature in the room was preset and couldn't be adjusted, making it uncomfortable for me. Also, I encountered some noise from the bar in the evenings, so earplugs could be handy. The self-serve breakfast was quite nice, with plenty of options when I stayed. I enjoyed the breakfast service in the bar area on my last morning, as it felt peaceful with just my partner and me. Unfortunately, there were issues with the city tax charging process, which caused frustration, feeling a bit unprofessional. The parking was included but complicated due to the gate voucher situation. For a better rating, the hotel needs to improve the temperature control and staff communication regarding guest check-ins and billing processes.
